My 2 year old is obsessed with tutus and LOVES this dress/shirt. I ordered a size 5 for her after reading the reviews. Fits perfectly! It's cute to wear alone or with leggings underneath. Normally it is 2/3T. She is 30 pounds and about 36 inches tall.

- Well tailored, adorable and much prettier than the pictures, kids will love it as a gift, highly recommend
