Adjustable for my opinion
I use the cell phone stand with my phone placed on it to read from my phone. Therefore I don’t have to strain my neck. I also place it on the stand every night on my end table, so I can find my cell phone in the morning easily. I love the fact that it is adjustable to several different heights.
