UPDATE: Works great, has been on a couple of long 75mph rides and hasn't spun due to wind or impact. I just installed this weekend. Received the goods very quickly (not for nothing, bought). Everything as advertised. Incl. 4 screws and nuts for attaching the license plate. There are no instructions but a simple video is available online. I pulled the shaft into the tow hole as far as I could with a ratchet. Let's see if part of the license plate rotates at all with the vibrations/wind of the road. If I have a center screw I wonder how it will handle the rotation. The good thing is that you can move the plate to tilt the bumper so it doesn't touch. For the price I figured I'd give it a try before I put it down and go.
