We have been using intersect for about 6 months now with great success! The support team is amazing - always quick at responding if you need help or just want someone's ear/opinion when something isn't working as expected (or sometimes even after that!). It has enabled us access our own internal customer database which we previously had no way of doing so easily without expensive software licenses etc. I am not sure what else there would be but overall this product works well & helps solve some problems very quickly!! Would highly recommend them over other similar options out ther ein terms of price point / easeofuseandcustomersupportetc..
