The thing was full to the brim! I had to pour half of it into Ziploc to try and find the scoop. There was no. Luckily I keep the old ones from other supplement glasses. I found the 60cc which is about half a serving (1 serving is 2 scoops as they say). I used a scale and just under 1/4 cup is just over half a serving. So if you can't find a scoop in the bathroom, just use 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup depending on whether you want the full 200 cal/50 carb serving or half that amount. Well, does this thing work? I usually do 30-50 minutes on the bike/rowing machine twice a day every other day. Decided to row for 2 hours this morning on an empty stomach. There was about half a large Gatorade, which I sipped halfway through. I felt weak and slightly dizzy. I decided to eat a half-serving before starting to cook oatmeal to get a few quick calories. Worked great. After 8 minutes I felt good. I didn't swallow my oatmeal or anything like that. Ate by mistake. After 3 hours I feel great. You can do a short 20-30 minute session tonight, not just a big workout this morning. The flavor is very strong, but that's fine if you're drinking this while long-distance biking/rowing or whatever. Mixed with a decent water bottle or two, depending on how much water you need, I think this stuff comes highly recommended. Pretty strong if you wait until the end of the workout and try to drop this substance. And that's despite the fact that I'm trying to eat half the portion quickly this morning. Impossible to imagine a full portion. Although, maybe you have a very sweet tooth :P (Rainbow candy tastes like powder from "Fun Dip" if you've tried that before. If you dip a white candy stick into the powder and suck on it. Very " sweet taste)
