Review on Junction Enclosure with Waterproof Plastic for Electronics by Michael Swanson

Here's an important tip if you're drilling holes for switches and indicators

Unfortunately, when you need to drill holes for switches and indicators on the front of a project box, you usually use large holes (1/2 inch or so ) drill. The flutes of a drill this size dig hard into this plastic, twisting it right out of your hand. How to drill this plastic. Start small. First drill a pilot hole with a small drill and gradually increase the size. I used a step drill which made the job easier. For final drilling with the large drill, run the drill backwards. You get a clean hole and the grooves don't dig into the plastic.
