I like that it has everything in one place for our clients which makes life easier when managing multiple accounts at once! It's easy enough so even my non-techy friends can use this software without much trouble or confusion - they don't have any complaints about using their account manager either!! We've been able to streamline all of our client management by having access from anywhere via computer vs being limited only during normal business hours (or worse yet requiring someone physically walk into an office).
