I immediately requested a refund after the remote control didn't work with any of my modern technology: TV, cable box etc. The return request was approved and I was 'label sent' the next day (E-mail). There was no label in the email, just instructions. I contacted the seller to find out why the label wasn't posted with the email and since this remote appeared to cost over $100 the seller stated that the prepaid shipping label would not be issued. He also pointed out that returning this type of product is a return of a hazardous substance (?) and is considered a high value item, in which case he explains why the tag was omitted from the prepaid return label. Apparently HappyTrade had no problem shipping this rechargeable remote, so I'm not sure why they couldn't have made it easier. not available during maintenance. That is tantamount to waiting until around Monday to systematically check "so-called settings" before the label can be printed. Yes, I will definitely not be buying from this seller again. Unfortunately, what should have been much easier has become much more difficult for some third-party providers. it worked as expected. I will patiently wait for the tag and then refund the money but definitely do not recommend this product as it is dated and outdated in today's market.
