Big press good for kitchen tools and gadgets
This device works great. I place the block of tofu in the press, slide it on top to make sure it's secure, and push and twist the spring to make sure it's secure before removing my hand. Some people have complained about the spring buckling and nearly hitting her in the face, but you just have to make sure everything is secured and secured. I drain the water that spills out initially and then put it in the fridge until I'm ready to use it.
