At first my initial problem was getting the monitor to work at 165Hz, which I got with HDMI 2, and then after I switched these green pixel issues on the screen became my main problem. I have 3 monitors and this isn't happening on the other 2, so I imagine it's just the problem with this one. I'll try to fix it but I know it's not a driver issue because my drivers are up to date. They're an eyesore, but they don't actually take away any functionality. If you can live with that, I recommend it.
