Confused and disappointed

This wasn't my first rodeo with this product. I bought these a few years ago and I didn't have a issue with them. I actually loved them except for the the suction cups wouldn't keep them stuck on the side of our pool so, I had to use the magnet on them to keep them hung inside the pool. Using the magnets caused rust on the inside of my pool on my pool liner. (Picture attached with this review). but after a few Summer's being underwater in my pool they wore out which I expected over time. This…

Pros
  • The color changing feature is an excellent way to create a festive and fun atmosphere for parties and gatherings
Cons
  • The remote RF may not work if there are multiple sources of radio noise in the area

Not bad but watch the seal

We purchased 12 of these due to reviews of not being really bright. They put off a lot of light for a small light. The magnet held great on our steel wall, liner, in ground pool. The only reason we are giving them 3 stars is because the seal was bad in one light (see pictures) and it ruined the light instantly. Th remote doesn't have great range either. Our lights are just a few inches under water and you have to be right on top of the light for it to work. They really are a fun addition to…

Pros
  • They come with a remote RF, allowing for easy control of light color and brightness
Cons
  • The suction cups used to attach the lights to a non-metal surface may not work well on rough or uneven surfaces

Waterproof so far. - my new review

These lights are kinda neat. Biggest drawback I've found is the under water remote response. Very short distance. Button battery tests high, but you have to stand right over the light 4-5 feet away at most to get a response. Disappointing. I have the remote in a ziploc bag because it is NOT waterproof. That doesn't restrict the remote at all. Also, we have a vinyl liner pool, and for some reason the suction cups don't want to stick. I put one one the stairs in the shallow end horizontally and…

Pros
  • The lights are ideal for creating a romantic ambiance for a night swim or outdoor dinner party
Cons
  • The magnets may not be strong enough to hold the lights in place during rough water conditions

Doesn’t stick well in my review

These light up pretty good! They don’t stick very well even with the suction cups those really do not do anything on my vinyl pole, the magnet somewhat holds it for a while then they end up detaching and floating in the pool, make sure you use good batteries cheap batteries won’t last very long. Overall I guess if you put really good batteries in it and put a magnet on the outside of your vinyl pool so they stay it would be OK

Pros
  • Water Gardens & Ponds
Cons
  • The lights are battery operated, leading to extra costs for purchasing and replacing batteries

Did not like good for me

I only used these a couple of times. Water got into one of the lights and two of the lights inside that light house stopped working & it ended up getting rusty 😬 I have another set from a different brand that has lasted years, I just wanted to add more to my existing collection. I did like the colors & brightness of these lights, but decided to return these ones.

Pros
  • With battery operation, there is no need for cumbersome wiring or electrical work
Cons
  • The color-changing feature may make it difficult to attain a specific desired hue

Not the best for the price. Buy a better product.

Products went well for a while. But then they started messing up about 1 week ago two of them will not turn off u have to manually remove the batteries to get the product to turn off. And one of them caused the battery’s to corroded and mine you these are brand new batteries. It looks unsafe like it might cause a fire or worse plus the corrosion so I stopped using it, due to the kids in the pool. I liked the products over all it was fun while it lasted only used on occasions around the patio…

Pros
  • Lights look great when there on. The suction cups don't hold to well though.
Cons
  • They were good lights to start with but water got into them and they rusted.

Not perfect, but it works for the price

8 pucks for a 16x32 above ground pool. I synced all 8 out of the water in Smooth mode and set the 2h timer. 24 hours later they came on at different times and, of course, started their smooth routine independently with different colors. Hey! What do you want for $70. I can see the stairs clearly and the magnets alone stick to the wall. They want $80 for the Pentair aquailuminator replacement bulb that doesn’t give whole pool illumination. I say, go for it!

Pros
  • The LED lights are flexible, allowing for easy customization to fit any pool or pond size and shape
Cons
  • The color-changing feature may not be as vibrant or consistent in some lights as in others

I don’t know good for me

I love the idea of them. And the magnet is strong. But I might have not tightened them enough and water seeped in. They still worked but are kinda ugly now. But a set of four let up my pool really well. If I order more I’m going to make sure better sealed maybe with some kind of tape.

Pros
  • The lights are low maintenance, requiring minimal upkeep and cleaning
Cons
  • The suction cups may not work well when the surface is wet or covered in algae

Struggling with rating/review.

I’m struggling how to rate/review these LED lights. I purchased them to use in an 18x36 ingound vinyl liner swimming pool. The pools sides (behind the liner) are polymer and not steel so the provided magnets won’t work. They were installed two nights ago using the provided suction cups. I turned them on I was really impressed. Yeah, you have to get relatively close to turn them on/off as they all may not go on/off depending on where you’re standing. But for the money, four of them provide just…

Pros
  • They are easy to maintain and clean, ensuring a long-lasting, beautiful lighting solution
Cons
  • The lights may not be able to be adjusted to a specific brightness level, leading to potential discomfort for some users

Good quality on my review.

These are a really good quality item. My only problem is the suction cups do not hold very well and the magnet will not work on my pool. I got them in the pool and they looked beautiful but they keep falling down and I have found the suction cups at the bottle of the pool.

Pros
  • The lights are affordable, making them a great investment for those on a budget
Cons
  • The magnets may become demagnetized over time, rendering them ineffective

The lights are bright and the timer feature works well. I am using 4 in a shallow fountain and sometimes have trouble controlling them with the remote.

Pros
  • They are durable and built to withstand the elements, ensuring long-lasting use
Cons
  • The lights may not be bright enough to ensure safety when using the pool or pond at night

cute buuuuuut!: my feedback

suction does not work so I purchased magnetics and they work perfectly. other than that the lights are perfect and make our pool look gorgeous at night! FYI i only used a set of 4

Pros
  • The lights are perfect for use in fountains or other water features, bringing a touch of elegance to outdoor spaces
Cons
  • The battery compartment may become corroded, leading to potential damage to the lights or battery leakage

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not bad. Could be better

The remotes don't seem to work all that well and they eat up batteries like crazy. But they make my pool look really nice at night. Could be a little better quality but not bad for the price

Pros
  • The lights are easy to install and use, allowing you to spend less time on maintenance and more time enjoying the pool or pond
Cons
  • The lights may not be able to be used in high-traffic areas of the pool or pond, leading to potential damage

Nice lights in my review

These lights are good and I would recommend them. But Suction cups don’t hold. Three suction cups per light would be better than two. The timer function works great so the lights are on every night and I do t have to worry about turning them off

Pros
  • The LED lights have a long lifespan, making them a cost-effective investment
Cons
  • The lights may not be able to be used simultaneously with other pool equipment, such as a pool cover

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Bright and beautiful

The illumination was perfect, but 3 of the lights leaked, rendering them useless as the water caused them to rust inside and no longer work.

Pros
  • The lights come in a variety of colors, making them easy to match with existing pool decorations and landscaping
Cons
  • The color-changing feature may distract from the natural beauty of the pool or pond

Short Term Fix on my review.

Packaging was excellent well secured for shipping inside a cardboard box. Out of the box they look well made and at first the price seems to match the product. I purch

Pros
  • The remote control makes it easy to adjust the lights from a distance and without getting wet
Cons
  • The remote RF may be difficult to use for those with arthritis or other physical limitations

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good light best in my review

The suction cups didn’t work very well but the magnets work fine. If you go a few days they will have slid down a bit, but no big deal. The 4 pack light up my 18x33 oval pool nicely. The kids love it. I’ve only had them a month but they seem to be pretty water proof so far.

Pros
  • The lights are suitable for indoor use as well, providing versatile lighting options
Cons
  • The lights may be difficult to clean due to their small size and intricate design

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not satisfied with performance

These did not last very long. When they are illuminated and they were beautiful, but after nine months, we had trouble with the remote— at 12 months we had trouble with them rusting on the bottom—and at two years …they completely quit

Pros
  • They are perfect for illuminating outdoor walkways and steps, preventing accidents and falls
Cons
  • The suction cups may mark or damage non-metal surfaces, leading to potential damage to the pool or pond

I bought the lights to install just under the water line in my pool as they are advertised as submersible. The suction cups release from the wall soon after placement.

Pros
  • They are lightweight and portable, making them easy to move around and customize to your liking
Cons
  • The color-changing feature may be too gimmicky for some users, leading to them not using the lights frequently

Revainrating 3 out of 5

They are not water resistant

I bought the 8 pack of them. I am down to 6 of them and have had them in my pool for just over a week. Two of them filled with water and are completely ruined. I have to hit the button several times for all of them to turn on or off or to change colors.

Pros
  • The lights are a great way to make a statement and add a personal touch to your outdoor space
Cons
  • The battery-operated aspect may lead to frequent battery changes, leading to additional costs and inconvenience
