If you're not sure what you're doing, don't take it.
If you know what you are doing this is a cheaper repair but be aware you only get a chance or two to overtighten. I have a '93 Honda Accord and it didn't fit perfectly, it was loose after tightening it up, so after a couple of unscrewing and reinstalling the threads came loose completely.
