Much better than any plastic money box. There is almost no camera shake. This only shows up with large gaps. There is no jitter when used with an image stabilized camera. He's solid. Mounting with screws took a bit as the heads were too small to work with your fingers so you had to use the hex head all the time. what do they include Adjustments are smooth and easy. The rotating screw makes mounting the camera much easier than rotating the camera 1/4 20. I don't know if it works with larger cameras, but it works great with action cameras and phones. It's pricey, but worth it considering how much I've spent on plastic that rattles and shakes. Nothing rattles. I've spent a lot of time trying to get rid of the rattling noises of the plastic parts I bought. If the price was lower I would take a few more. It is also a good tripod mount. 😁
