Don't listen to positive, paid for by my manufacturer or misinformed reviews. There are several reasons why you are better off buying originals, even if they only last a few years: - These ear pads, like many other cheap Chinese knockoffs, are thinner than the originals, making them less comfortable and not like that correspond to the original sound character of the headphones. The lip that attaches them to the headphones is 5-8 times the size of the original. This causes the pads to rotate constantly. This also results in the fit being very poor and awkward, with a "bellows" feeling where air whistles in your ears every time you put the headphones on and off or they move in your ears. Less than the originals so the fit on your ears will be compromised and long hours wearing them will cause ear pain. So just get original replacements from SONY or Revain for $7 more and know you'll need new ones in a few years. I looked at other fake manufacturers but they had pretty bad reviews. I bought this product based on the reviews but now I can say they either haven't actually used it or the manufacturer is paying the Revain Review Farm to improve their reviews.
