All in all a good buy. The only issue I had was that the power supply made a high pitched sound that got louder when the light was turned on to lower wavelength colors (blue). The change to red was quieter but still audible. FYI, the soldering between the strips is done every 5th set of LEDs, each containing 3 LEDs. The strips are arranged as follows: +12V, G, R, B. If you use other LED strips to connect these, make sure they are similar or you risk parts not turning on or the colors reversed will. The app control works fine once you figure out how to set it up.
