When closed this case is quite thick making it difficult to easily slip into a bag. The mechanism for holding the iPad is a thin flap at the bottom (when the case is held horizontally) which allows the iPad to slide down a little. The way the flap folds also makes it a bit awkward to get the iPad in and out of the case. Finally, the keyboard is so compact that typing has to be slow to be accurate. (As a fast typist, I find this extremely disappointing! I've used other similarly sized keyboards well, but spacing isn't optimized enough on this model. Edge clipping can be reduced by increasing key spacing, for example.) Otherwise, the case looks nice and professional. The ability to fold the screen horizontally is useful, and the battery holds a charge well. It should also be noted that imitation leather tends to flake off after a few years. That is the nature of the material. I knew I would buy this, but it's something to consider for buyers looking for a case that will still look good in 2-3 years.
