I've been using this for a few weeks now and have noticed a definite improvement in heart rate when using the treadmill at the gym. The only downside is running the powder additive. Manufacturers recommend using a microbalance to get the right amounts, which most people don't have, and it's a bit awkward for something you'll be taking multiple times a day. They also supply a small spoon in a pouch that just hides in your pocket and you probably won't find it for a while :-) The research I've seen online on L-citrulline use has very varied amounts, depending on what you're trying to achieve, so I skipped the microscale and just went with "that looks about right" after first using a regular kitchen scale to roughly determine how much the measuring spoon weighs the scale 1 gram and 3 gram presses.
