I've been wearing this bracelet every night for 6 weeks to help with carpal tunnel. It took me a few nights to get used to wearing the brace while I slept, but it has stabilized my wrist so well that I no longer often wake up at night with numbness/tingling in my hands. However, over time, the velcro was untied all night. As a result, the bandage began to rub against my joints so much that the skin ripped off and I had to wear a bandage. I'm guessing it's because I sleep on my side with my arm under the pillow, but the velcro should be better.
