Disappointed with this product Givi apparently refuses to acknowledge and make changes to the hardware, the screws are too short and a washer is about 3-4mm shorter, a washer is required. It's with washers and apparently I have a bracket that was a little crooked, I had to pull the left front down with a screw under the seat. I'm not sure I'm happy with that because I'm sure it puts stress on the frame which probably won't be a problem unless the bike gets hurt then the extra stress could break.
