Fall off within a few days

I have added these to a set of dining room chairs and replaced a couple of worn out chairs from another brand that had been sitting 6-9 months (change them regularly). Within a few days about 1/2 of them started peeling off the legs and the floors started scratching. In addition, the felt is particularly thin and they also compress very quickly. I will replace them all this week and throw the parts in the trash.
