As mentioned in other reviews, putting the two ends together forms a bond that is almost impossible to break. I ordered this along with a cheaper version (Hopkins 47965 2-Pole Flat Extension - 1/3 the price) and figured if the cheaper one didn't work, this one would. Instead, it was one that was too tight to use. I've tried connecting and disconnecting 4 times. Difficult to connect, but worse, it took about 3 minutes to disassemble (and I have strong hands). Six dollars is a lot for a simple 2-pin connector that "may" work. I would recommend the cheaper Hopkins 47965 2-Pole Flat Extension, but I see others have reported similar issues with them.
