I like how easy it was to set up, as well as deploying throughout my organization without having too many questions or concerns about implementation issues (or lack thereof).

We are not able solve any problems related directly to their product but they have continued listening closely towards feedback we've given them through various channels including Slack conversations etc., which helps keep things moving forward positively overall if you're willing & interested enought o engage properly wth your provider team members who can help guide / assist along those lines where required via direct communication paths e.g.: phone calls + email responses received during business hours M-F 9am EST+. Support tickets submitted by users typically get answered quickly unless there really isn't anything going wrong internally regarding issue being reported upon such matters.
