The support is great, they are always willing to help you with anything! They have a really good team of developers who know their stuff well. I had some issues when using a custom payment gateway which was resolved quickly by them. Nothing at all, everything has been perfect so far. We needed an ecom platform for our clients in order to provide better service and improve sales. It fits perfectly with how we work as we can easily integrate it with other platforms such as Mailchimp and Zapier etc., and even export data from shop creator to Google Sheets.
