Not properly advertised

is very short not 6ft not even 5ft. When I bought this bungee leash it was advertised as a 6 foot leash. rarely extends to less than 5 feet. I'm not the first consumer to say that. Note. but if you have a small dog that probably won't need a bungee &gt;&gt; then yes it should work for you at 4ft "empty".
