Nice easy to use machine with great support!
I bought this machine in June 2019 and have been using it extensively for quilting and sewing ever since. Things were going very well until this happened. I called support and got GREAT support. Alan patiently walked me through all the basic threading steps. It turned out that the household machine (any) can not cope with a heavier thread. Had no idea. After changing the filament I had no more problems.
