Review on 🔧 Flex Head Ratchet with Extendable Handle by Brent Ayyagari

I restored the front of my 1996 Chevy and did a lot of other work on it. I bought these after watching the Chrisfix video. He had similar if not the same rattles. For the most part they were fantastic and delivered as promised. They really let me work in tight spaces and handle whatever I threw at them. That's how it was until today. Today I had to pull old parts out of a broken truck (forearms) and broke a 3/8" head. I used an extension for more leverage as they were intended. The bolt broke off on the pros. I have them Haven't been contacted for a replacement yet.I'll update the review once I see how the warranty is.I've attached some photos of what happened.I was surprised it broke.I've used it regularly and it didn't seem like too hard work for the product.Update: The ordering process was painless and easy.I sent an email to support@steelmantools.com.They asked for some sort of proof of purchase and shipping details.(Screenshot of Amazon receipt ) About a week after the whole process I received a new ratchet I have no complaints and the new ratchet is the same shape and finish as the first.
