Neutrogena Hydro Boost Lip Treatment works instantly to smooth fine lines and moisturize lips. Great for any weather. I love the product but I'm a little disappointed with the packaging. I understand that due to the fact that it is soft it cannot be put in a tube container. However, the plastic container was very difficult to open at first. Then it got easier, but the back loop cracked! Now it still snaps, otherwise I'd be in a mess. It's also best applied with my finger, so I make sure my hand is very clean. I'd love to use it a lot during the day, but now I only apply it in the morning when I can be sure my fingers are clean and the plastic container isn't tossed in my purse or makeup bag.
