Bought to replace existing locks that have failed due to age (9 years). The old ones were rated at 10 pounds and were extremely difficult to open. These bars are rated at 3 pounds and hold up great. We've driven over 500 miles since installing it and the cutlery drawer has never been opened! I bought 3 and find that even with free shipping they were overpriced.
