This is a game changer in my home. I've always wanted veggetti and finally got it when I started feeling guilty about serving "just gravy" to my boyfriend when I was making quinoa or regular pasta for me and my kids. He doesn't eat starches at all since he's on a ketogenic diet. I surprised him with this when he came back from a business trip and we all love it! Children literally fight over who cooks the pasta. The noodles can be thick or thin and any length. It's so easy to use that even my 4 year old helps with the cooking. The pasta tastes good raw or fried with a little olive oil and herbs. We also like to eat it with meat sauce and parmesan cheese, it's so hearty but best. I love that I can get my kids to eat more veggies and it's fun to use and easy to clean. I've only used zucchini with it so far, but can't wait to try potatoes and other veggies. My friend bought one of his, he told me it "changed his life" as he has lost nearly 80lbs on the ketogenic diet but misses the pasta sauce and pasta texture. This texture is even better and doesn't leave you feeling bloated or heavy. Great product for the kitchen, delicious!
