Review on Netdata by Willie Midkiff

Monitoring of our containerized applications from multiple locations. We also are able to see which users are accessing what resources at what time, this helps with security concerns. The dashboard could use some improvement in design. I wish it was easier to filter out specific projects and applications. I wish there were more metrics available for monitoring. I would like to be able to see more information about application use, but that's not possible with Netdata. Netdata has helped us mitigate security issues such as user access rights and log file access. Easy to use! We've been using it since we first started deploying our application into production environments about 2 years ago. There are so many ways that users can interact with this tool. The interface itself could definitely be improved in some areas but there's also plenty of room for improvement from what I'm seeing. Overall very happy user experience here at my workplace. This has allowed us to monitor how well or poorly various parts of our system perform as they change over time.
