Should be a high-quality waste water hose for motorhomes. Too bad it leaks, even before use. Tested every 20 feet with drinking water and the provided end caps and found there was a hole in one of the sections. So I replaced the old one! Buying a quality tube after waiting for days only to find out that the new tube is no better than the old one is extremely disappointing. The contents of the package were previously opened due to the zip ties in the original packaging being untied and loose, the cardboard divider separating the top and bottom of the package was torn and the lower hose was packaged in a manner inconsistent with what you would expect seen in new, intact packaging.
