Review on Renewed Samsung Galaxy S7 G930A Unlocked AT&T GSM 32GB Smartphone - Black by Barbara Kope ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Nothing special, there are positive and negative sides.

My primary devices are an iPhone 6s and a samsung S7. Despite the fact that the Samsung camera is objectively superior, I prefer the Apple product overall, particularly (subjectively) in terms of how the UI is designed. The phone was dropped when getting out of the car, and although the screen is now shattered, it is still functional (the car is far from a lifted Land Cruiser, a passenger car). My iPhone is worn without a bumper or any other protective chips, and although it may look like it has been through some kind of conflict, the screen has not been damaged in any way by the numerous drops it has taken. Around the same time, I dropped my Xperia Z3 and cracked the back cover. After that, I decided I would no longer purchase any products made by this company. Today, regarding the service, ASC Samsung is a tin in St. Petersburg, but Apple absolutely controls the market here. On the same day, I took the phone in for repair and gave over the replacement display together with the "home" button, which cost twenty-five thousand dollars. I paid on their website the same day, and I even emailed a receipt to myself just in case. They promised the repair would take between two and five days, but after a week, it had not even begun. They avoid making eye contact and subtly convey the message that they are uninterested. The phone is not worth the money, it is not even close to being considered a premium product, and after speaking with the ASC, Samsung is no longer an option for me at all. It appears that it is a higher priority for them to repair vacuum cleaners that cost 5,000 dollars than it is for them to repair devices that are marketed by the company as "premium." PS: On the day of the appeal, you will switch the display at the 6s location.

Pros
  • Great work all around, particularly with the camera, response time, and work.
Cons
  • Glass. Not to be confused with GorillaGlass. It thumps from a lighthearted tumble, precisely like the reverse cover of the Xperia Z3 smartphone. Horrible customer service.
