I have worked for evolution as an account executive since 2015. They're really helpful people who genuinely care about their employees. As far as i know they offer great benefits including medical insurance (at least for me), 401k matching, life/disability coverage etc. My biggest issue with them was not being able to get my paychecks deposited into my bank accounts regularly without any issues. It would be great if it got done automatically or at a minimum had some type of notification when there were problems so we could follow up to resolve those issues. If you want a place where everyone cares then this is your spot! Their customer service team takes time out from their busy schedules to answer questions and help solve problems. This makes all the difference especially during times like COVID19.
