Bought to replace the TMC2100, they work fine. No more missed steps due to motor overheating. They send power to my stepper motors and allow me to fine-tune how much power is fed to them via a menu in my printer's menu. Now I use almost three times less energy for my motors, which makes them cold even at high speed. That means no more missed steps due to overheating. This also means that my printer is significantly quieter. They also provide enough power for my extruder motor to pull in @ 80mm when running cold with no pitch skipped. Pros: My stepper motors are quieter than any other driver I've had, and I've had plenty. DRV Like the older TMCs. That shames her. Being able to control the Vref voltage from my printer's menu is really good. Sensorless homing is the bomb once you set it up. Cons: Pin had to be removed for sensorless referencing to work. It was painful. Price. Other thoughts: It was expensive, but if you were like me and your engines were constantly overheating, this will solve your problem. Worth every penny.
