I grind my teeth a lot. I broke 3 teeth from grinding in one night. I didn't even know I was grinding my teeth. But sometimes the jaw area hurt. I usually take a mouthguard that you put in a cup or bowl of microwave water and fish it out to fit your teeth. I think I will do better if I use this. The instructions are clear enough. I had two sets just in case it's time to buy another one again. I love that this one has gel packs that can be worn from head to jaw, forehead or neck to relieve pain. You wear them for 20 minutes each. A hat to wear all night.
