The ability to communicate with other staff members who are working at different locations is great! It's very easy to use as well which helps when you have people from all over that don't always know how certain programs work together (or if they even do). Honestly I haven’t found anything bad about this software yet but honestly we only used it once so far during our time here. We were looking into purchasing another piece of equipment through them since ours broke down last year however everything was going smoothly until suddenly after 5 days or more nothing would go online anymore without us having access again - no idea why though haha. Hopefully some updates will come out soon because currently there isn't much else anyone can say due to its popularity/popularity within our industry right now hahaha.
