The best thing about this software system for me personally was being able to see all of my cases at once in one place instead of having them scattered around different files or folders! It's very easy to use as well so if there are any problems they tend not to be complicated but rather simple fixes which makes it easier overall when working with police officers who may have little prior experience using computer systems like these ones.
