Poor connection - expect lots of noise
I used this adapter to sing through my boss's (guitar) delay pedal. The adapter allows the sound engineer to connect their XLR cable to my pedal without having to run a 1/4" DI for vocals. I tried it during a rehearsal and the connection was terrible. Every time the cable moved or touched the adapter there was a high pitched screech coming from the PA. My band had to stop rehearsing and got me to get rid of it because it was so loud and distracting. This thing has a job and it can't do it. Absolutely waste of money.
