Defective bracket
Electronics working properly. The problem is that the mount is very poorly constructed. The bracket is a narrow rail that attaches to your motorhome. The mount doesn't support corners at all, so the spirit level isn't very reliable and therefore not very accurate. The bracket must be significantly wider and may have some higher quality plastic.
