I really like it. So far it has worked quite well. It's lightweight and easy to hold and use. I give five stars for the battery life. I charged it fully when I first received it and a week later, after quite a bit of use, it didn't even suggest charging again. I know it will be, but I have several cordless tools that are best charged every night. Now for the cons. First, two things were missing from the box: the power cord and the templates. Fortunately, I have more cables of various types than I can handle. I just grabbed one from the spare cable box and got to work. As for the templates, I wish I had them, but the earth won't stop spinning just because I don't have my templates. So it's not a big deal, but I'd like to have it. The other problem is a more serious matter. The tool seems a bit underpowered. It's good for sanding and polishing, but it gets sticky when you try to actually carve with it. I bought it for grinding, polishing and as a small carving tool when traveling. It completely missed the target.
