I have worked with CorP as an consultant in both corporate development roles (Board member & Chair) at major corporations - one was global HRM leader while other has been VP Global Talent Acquisition/Inclusion Strategy-both companies were Fortune 500's! This experience had given me confidence working closely wt large organizations where culture is important especially when it comes hiring decisions or Board meetings etc.. They are great folks who know what they're doing very well thought out process which helped us learn quickly about their consulting services capabilities/needs vs ours. It would be nice if we could see more detailed cost breakdowns but so far no complaints here either!! Highly recommend having these conversations early during your engagement planning phase. The value proposition really came thru after engaging this team through some strategic thinking exercises around building cultures within my organization across multiple departments / functions including leadership training programs too! It was a pleasure working with the team at Corporate Diversity Consultants. They are very knowledgeable in the areas of governance and diversity. They were able to tailor the services to our specific needs and were always available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend working with them. I would like to see them expand their services to include other areas of governance. They were able to help us with our governance related needs. They were able to address our diversity needs as well.
