I wanted to love this product, but firstly, the small mushroom piece got lodged in my 11 month old’s mouth with her jaw stuck open bc some how it got stuck behind her 4 front teeth at an odd angle (two top, two bottom teeth). This wouldn’t be an issue if your child doesn’t have teeth yet in that fashion but be weary, please. It scared the beans out of me. It’s large enough to not be swallowed, but it was a scary experience for both of us- more of a shocking experience than a deadly one. Secondly, she is more worried about hiding the pieces around the house than playing with it- she is advanced for her age but hasn’t really found much interest in it, so maybe an older child.
