Can be used? Definitely rough and dirty.
I can't yet comment on the real quality of the product as I haven't used it yet. But judging by the state they arrived in, I don't have high hopes. I understand that metal needs to be lubricated to prevent rust or corrosion. But the pliers are just dirty like they've been used. Even the plastic they were in is ugly. The other two parts appear to be fine, and their condition is not like broken pliers. One star because I can remove them but frankly that this is necessary is unacceptable.
