Disappointing Customer Service and Low-Quality Products from the KES Company

As a professional in the field of home improvement, I can say that the KES Company's customer service and the quality of its products were both exceedingly disappointing to me. Their website is disorganized, making it difficult to use, and it provides scant details about the products and the amount of time it takes to ship them. They provide kitchen and bathroom fixtures that are of low quality and cannot survive the wear and tear of regular use. The shipping periods are quite lengthy, and the customer care agents are sluggish and unhelpful when it comes to resolving difficulties. In addition, the prices are ridiculously excessive for the things that are supplied, which are of a very poor quality. In general, I would not suggest anyone go with KES Company if they are looking for dependable and high-quality products to improve their homes.
