There is nothing I dislike about this headset. Leather earmuffs are much more comfortable than those used in more expensive earmuffs. You can definitely notice the noise reduction feature. They're easy to put on and take off and won't tangle in your hair. The microphone is adjusted up, down and away from my face. People hear me well, and I hear perfectly on the phone and on Skype. The cord is pretty strong. Affordable and good quality for the price. I was hesitant to buy it without trying it on, but I'm glad I did.
