If you're gaming and having trouble running your games at that silky smooth 60 frames per second, zooming out your monitor to 1920 x 1080 won't "look blurry", you can't "see the pixels" and text isn't difficult to read. , your eyes are only used to high resolution, so going back to 1080 will make the difference between the two resolutions more obvious. Games look great on this monitor at 1080p. I'm running a GTX 1080 so for more demanding games I just disable SMAA but leave FXAA enabled, but when all else fails the downscaling still looks fine and I've had no issues. Keep in mind that this is a high-resolution monitor, so most of the jagged lines are gone without adding any additional effects.
