This controller is absolutely amazing. I'm usually very wary of buying third-party controllers, but at $30 (at the time of this review) I figured it was worth gritting your teeth and giving this thing a shot. I'm happy to say I'm not disappointed. The buttons are very responsive, the bumpers and triggers are very "firm" (I say that because I feel like the L/R/ZL/ZR buttons on Nintendo's own professional controller are very soft and bad) and don't feel flimsy in the slightest, and no matter how odd (after years of using the Gamecube controller), moving the joystick and C-stick takes some getting used to. a perfect replica of the original Gamecube D-Pad), and the joystick is a bit loose. I've played with this thing in Twilight Princess HD and Smash, and while it didn't affect it all that much (your accuracy in Smash will drop a bit), the sense of buoyancy of the wand and IS is somewhat weakened. Also, I think I should mention this because I have a feeling someone will ask, but no, you can't use this in Wii mode. Please note that this is a professional controller and therefore only works on Wii U.
