I like that this software has so many different features! It's great because it can be used in any industry or business size - from small local businesses allthe way up into large corporations with hundreds if not thousands of employees (as we have).

The customer support is also excellent at least when compared to our previous provider who did nothing but try sell us additional services/products after they took over their old client list which left me feeling ripped off & annoyed by them as well. Their product line was very limited and outdated even though some aspects were good about their products, like being able to do remote diagnostics remotely through an app etc., there are better options out now where you don't need multiple licenses just one subscription plus access anywhere via internet connection unlike before where only certain customers could use online version unless using VPN would work everywhere across globe regardless whether.
