I bought two of these. I bought a 7.5" for my 10 gallon and an 11" for my 29 gallon front tanks. You are both great. The connector and receiver look a little cheap, but it's ok. In fact, this is an LED strip in a glass tube sealed with a rubber cap. Its design is very similar to an immersion heater. The instructions are fairly simple and the submersible portion of the power cord is quite long. The headlights themselves have bright and pleasant colors. The choice of color is good, but I find the flashing pointless. I did without the fluorescent lamp, so the aquarium was always very brightly lit. As a result, the aquariums appear a little darker when you move in. BUT they look much more natural or like a real aquarium. The first two pictures are a 7.5 inch 10 gallon tank, and the next (purple blue) is an 11 inch 29 gallon tank. your tank. For the price you pay for it and the quality you get from it, it's not a problem. I highly recommend it.
