Very impressed! There is no heat at all. A bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it works great! The trick is to spray dry hair with water and dampen it slightly before using the curling tong. I have very thick hair and it wouldn't dry out when used on wet hair. I was also nervous that the band wouldn't be long enough for my hair, but I had enough room and my hair went down to my belly button. 10/10!
